Smile Consultation
30 minute smile evaluation must be done before any teeth whitening received. Will go over any allergies, when was your last cleaning done with dental provider, if there are any crowns, implants or bridges and if so where the location is. The consultation will determine if you are eligible for teeth whitening. $15 will go towards your visit.
